Position Description Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.
Manages follow up for TTU Academic Lead with vet school constituents, donors and potential donors. Follow up may include but is not limited to thank you notes, appointment scheduling and information dissemination.
Responsible for tracking and completion of vet school gifts, payments, acknowledgements and necessary reporting.
Adheres to institutional and departmental safety policies and procedures.
Manages all aspects of Vet School related special events, including receptions, events, parties, etc.
Coordinates travel and scheduling of appointments as necessary for office personnel.
Responsible for researching and managing contact information on VIP’s, community leaders, faculty, donors and corporations/foundations used for Vet School use.
Prioritizes, organizes and implements office procedures. Maintains department budget, and tracks expenditures. Logs, deposits, records, and reconciles all donations.
Represents the Vet School at various events and functions.
Responsible for departmental correspondence, records data files, and reports. Researches account and giving histories of donors.
Supports Development Officers in Stewardship calls, gift presentations and thank you mailings.
Assist as needed with the Vet School Steering Committee and any other groups that
Development office assists with.
Required Qualifications High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six (6) years.

Pay Statement Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.
